RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF_CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING SUPPLEMENTAL LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE FUNDS
(SLESF) BUDGET REVISIONS FOR FY 2018-19 CONSOLIDATING MOST
FUNDS INTO THE SLESF FUND AND APPROVAL OF RELATED BUDGET
ADJUSTMENTS FOR FY 2018-19.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has adopted a budget
for the 2018-2019 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, revenue is available to the City from the State of California
Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund; and,
WHEREAS, the City has complied with the legal provisions required to
receive this revenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the City increase the grant revenue budget for SLESF in the
amount of $100,200 from the State of California for FY 2018-19 and reduce the
grant revenue budget in the General Fund by $100,000; authorize an operating
transfer from the General Fund to the SLESF Fund in the amount of $131,000
and associated budget adjustments; and adopt an expenditure budget in the FY
2018-19 SLESF Fund of $231,200 and decrease the expenditure budget in the
General Fund by $102,000.
