A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE ALL MASTER
AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS, AND ANY
AMENDMENTS TO THESE AGREEMENTS FOR FEDERAL AND/OR
STATE FUNDED PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for
certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, and Program Supplemental Agreements need to be
executed with California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed;
and ..
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to enter into all Master Agreements, and execute
all Program Supplemental Agreements, thereto with California Department of
Transportation
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby delegates authority to the Public Works Director to execute all Master Agreements,
Program Supplemental Agreements, and any amendments thereto for federal and/or state
funded projects.
