A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ANNUAL FUEL CONTRACT
AND AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR BIDS.
WHEREAS, an annual fuel contract has been determined to be the most cost effective
method of procuring fuel for City vehicles, and;
WHEREAS, an annual fuel contract with a single vendor provides maximum.
accountability and quality control for the City's fuel supply, and;
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Campbell has been presented with
specifications for the furnishing and delivery of unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel for
City vehicles, and;
WHEREAS, the specifications for purchase and delivery of unleaded gasoline and
diesel fuel for City vehicles provides for a one-year contract with four one-year
extensions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the specifications for the annual fuel contract are adopted and approved, and that
the Public Works Director or his designee is authorized and directed to give notice
inviting sealed proposals for said annual fuel contract in the manner and for the time
prescribed by law, and is further authorized to award a contract to the lowest
responsible bidder. .

CSG services are billed on a time-and-materials basis according to the hourly rates,shown below.

Two-Person,Survey Crew $290
All hourly rates include overhead costs including,but not limited to,salaries,benefits, Workers Compensation
Insurance, travel and office expenses. Overtime work will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rates indicated in the table
above.On each anniversary of the contract start date, CSG will initiate a rate increase based on change in CPI-U for
the applicable region. CSG will mail an invoice at the beginning of every month for services rendered during the
previous month.
