RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY OF CAMPBELL PERSONNEL RULES AND
REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell Personnel Rules and Regulations are currently limited
to four categories of appointments, permanent full-time, permanent part-time,
temporary, and provisional; and
WHEREAS, adding a limited term position provides the City with an additional category
of appointment to fill vacancies when services are required for a specified period of time
or for a specific project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Personnel Rules and Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Personnel Rules and Regulations be
amended as shown in Attachment A which is incorporated in this resolution by
reference.
