A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL COMMENDING AGENT DAVID LOWRY
ON HIS 25 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, Agent Lowry became a Reserve Police Officer in February 1994 and
a full time Police Officer in July 1996; and
WHEREAS, Agent Lowry was promoted to the rank of Agent July, 2017 and is
currently assigned as a supervisor in the patrol division; and
WHEREAS, Agent Lowry has served in many specialty assignments including
Patrol Officer, Motor Officer, General Investigator, Major Accident Investigation Team,
Crime Scene Response Team and Field Training Officer; and
WHEREAS, Agent Lowry honorably served as a member of the Special Weapons
and Tactics (SWAT) team, serving as a sniper; and
WHEREAS, Agent Lowry has always had a commitment to providing excellent
service to the Campbell community.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell recognizes and commends Agent David Lowry on his retirement from the City
of Campbell after 25 years of service.
