A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE A FOURTH
AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH CSG CONSULTANTS, INC. FOR
SUPPLEMENTAL LAND DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City desires to continue consulting services for the purpose of
reviewing parcel and tract maps and assigning the duties of the City Surveyor for
said maps and other services; and
WHEREAS, due to an on -going need for land development services from the
public, additional, supplemental land development services may be required `on
an as needed basis; and
WHEREAS, CSG Consultants has the expertise, means, and ability to perform
the services including the services as the City Surveyor assignment; and
WHEREAS, the terms -of the existing agreement entered into on July 1, 2013
allow the agreement to be amended in writing.
NOW, THEREFORE,. BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby .authorizes the Public Works Director to execute a fourth
amendment to the agreement between the City of Campbell and CSG
Consultants, Inc. for an amended amount not to exceed $250,000; an extended
term of two additional years.through July 1, 2021; and an updated fee schedule
as shown in Exhibit A.

All hourly rates include overhead costs including, but not limited to, salaries, benefits, Workers Compensation
J Insurance, travel and office expenses. Overtime work will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rates indicated in the table
above. On each anniversary of the contract start date, CSG will initiate a rate increase based on change in CPI-U for
the applicable region. CSG will mail an invoice at the beginning of every month for services rendered during the
previous month.
