BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT SETTING FORTH TERMS
UNDER WHICH CAMPBELL POLICE OFFICERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO
WORK AS RESERVE OFFICERS AT THE SANTA CLARA STADIUM
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell passed and adopted the Original
Agreement on the 19th of November, 2013:

WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the Original Agreement was authorized
by Council on June 7, 2016;
WHEREAS, the terms of Amendment No. 1 are set to expire on June 30,
2109;
. WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 will change Section 4 of the Original
Agreement to allow the Original Agreement to "continue unless terminated as
provided for herein" and discontinue with afixed expiration date;
WHEREAS, all other terms of the Original Agreement which are not in
conflict with the provisions'for in Amendment No. 2 shall remain unchanged and
in full force and effect;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement that
substantially conforms to the terms and provisions set forth in the Amendment
attached to this Resolution.
