A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE ANNUAL UPDATE TO THE INVESTMENT
POLICY AND RELATED ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY REVISIONS
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 53646(a)(2) requires a statement of
Investment Policy be submitted to the City's legislative body annually, for its
consideration at a public meeting;' and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council a statement of the
City's Investment Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Policy and any changes recommended by staff and the Finance
Sub -Committee have been 'reviewed by the City Council and it has been determined
that these .changes are acceptable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the FY,2019-20 Investment Policy is hereby approved as submitted.
