RESOLUTION NO. 12482
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING DONATIONS FROM SAN JOSE CAMERA AND DARLING &
FISCHER CAMPBELL MEMORIAL CHAPEL
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby accept two monetary donations for a total
of $1,000, from San Jose Camera and Darling, & Fischer Campbell Memorial Chapel;
and
WHEREAS, the donations will provide funding for the purchase of the $100 gift
cards to be awarded to the winners of the "Capture Campbell Youth Photo Contest";
and,
WHEREAS, City Council Policy Section 3.6 requires -that gifts valued at $500 or
more may only be accepted by the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, the funds will be deposited into the General Fund (Miscellaneous
Donations Account) 101.510.4817; and,
WHEREAS, a budget transfer in the amount of $1,000, will be completed to
transfer the funds from the General Fund (Miscellaneous Donations Account)
101.510.4817 to the Special Department Expense 101.510.7427.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accept the donations in the amount of $1,000, from San Jose'Camera and
Darling & Fischer Campbell Memorial Chapel.

call vote:
