A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR PROJECT 17-FF, TRAFFIC SIGNAL
CONTROLLER CABINET.REPLACEMENTS, AND DIRECTING THE FILING
OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 12209 approving the plans and
specifications for the Traffic Signal Controller Cabinets Replacement Project 17-FF;
authorizing the Public Works Director to solicit formal bids to construct said project; and,
and authorizing the Public Works Director to award contract and execute the agreement
with the lowest responsible bidder for said project; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder, St. Francis Electric, submitted a low bid of
$182,689.00; and
WHEREAS, on November 15, 2018, the Public Works Director awarded the construction
contract to St. Francis Electric; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and St. Francis
Electric on December 3, 2018; and
WHEREAS, St. Francis Electric completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements on Project 17-FF, Traffic Signal Controller Cabinet
Replacements, and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
