RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN CERTAIN CAPITAL
PROJECTS AS NEEDED
WHEREAS, an annual budget for the operation of all departments and facilities has been
submitted to the City.Council for fiscal year 2019-20; and
WHEREAS, the City Council took action to amend the capital budget; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends the transfer of appropriations between certain capital projects
that have excess funding to those capital projects that require additional funding to be
completed; and
WHEREAS, Attachment 4 of the staff report is incorporated by reference and lists capital
project transfers out totaling $(68,828.43), fully offset by capital project transfers in totaling
$68,828.43; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
approves the transfer of appropriations between certain capital projects as needed.
