A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE HARRIET AVENUE TRAFFIC CALMING
PROJECT 18-NN, AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, On July 3, 2019, a construction contract in the amount of $601,915.90 was
awarded to Wattis Construction Co., Inc. of San Jose, California; and
WHEREAS, Wattis Construction Co., Inc. completed the installation of various
improvements in accordance with the project plans and specifications for the Harriet
Avenue Traffic Calming Project 18-NN; and
WHEREAS, the construction was completed on May 8, 2020; and
WHEREAS, approximately $1,500 of remaining fund balance can be returned to the
Capital Improvement Program Reserve (CIPR.)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed by Wattis Construction Co., Inc. for the
Harriet Avenue Traffic Calming Project 18-NN, and directs the City Engineer to file the
Notice of Completion.
