CC Resolution 12635 RESOLUTION NO. 12635 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL REAPPOINTING CARMEN LYNAUGH TO FILL A VACANCY ON THE BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE WHEREAS, in 1994, the City of Campbell established a Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) with five members appointed by the City Council to provide valuable guidance to the City regarding bicycle policies and programs; and WHEREAS, in 2007, the City Council adopted resolution No. 10809 establishing four- year terms for BPAC members with up to three members whose four-year terms end on even-numbered years; and WHEREAS, in 2010, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 11229 renaming the Campbell Bicycle Advisory Committee (BAC) the Campbell Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC); and WHEREAS, in August, 2020, there are now three vacancies on the BPAC; and WHEREAS, the City solicited applications for serving on the BPAC and three applications were received; and WHEREAS, staff recommends reappointing Carmen Lynaugh to fill one vacancy on the BPAC. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell approve the reappointment of Carmen Lynaugh to serve on the BPAC for a term expiring August, 2024.
