the app11catlon of Mr. DavId W. Hammond and We11s Fargo Bank for a
use pe~lt and approva1 of p1ans to expand an existing parking 10t
located on property known as 200 East Campbe11 Avenue In a P-D
(Planned Development/Commercla1) Zoning Dlstrlct~~ the
applIcation of Mr. David W. Hammond an~e1~S~rgO B~~ fl1ed In
the offIce of the Planning DIrector on cto er T3~-'~77 and after
presentatIon by the P1annlng DIrector, proponents and opponents, the
hearIng was c10sed.
After due consideratIon of a11 the evidence presente~ the
CommissIon did fInd as follows:
That the estab1lshment, maintenance. and operation of the
proposed use wl11 not be detrlmenta1 to the hea1th, safety,
peace, mora1s, comfort or genera1 welfare of the persons
resIdIng or working In the neighborhood of such use, or
be detrlmenta1 or Injurious to property and Improvements
In the neighborhood or the general welfare of the CIty.
Based on the above findIngs, the P1annlng Commission does hereby
grant the requested use pf~mlt subject to the f011owlng condItIons:

Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, locatIon
of hose bIbs, or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be
submitted for approval of the P1annlng DIrector at tIme of
app11catlon for buIldIng permit.
2.
LandscapIng shat1 be maintaIned In accordance wIth the
approved 1andscape plan.
Faithful performance bond In the amount of $1,000 to be
posted to Insure landscapIng, fencing and striping of parkIng
area wIthin three (3) months of comp1etlon of construction, or
applicant may file wrItten agreement to complete landscapIng,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final BuIldIng
Department c1earance.

The applIcant Is notified as part of thll appltc8tlon that he II
requIred to meet the fol1owlng conditIons In accordance wIth Ordln8nces
of the City of Campbe11:

A11 parkIng and drIveway area. to be developed In compliance

That the City Counci1 ratify the decision of the PlannIng CommissIon
to approve the plans to increase the size of the Wells Fargo Bank parking
lot at 200 East Campbell Avenue in a P-D zone.
The app1icant Is proposing to enlarge the exIstIng parkIng lot by ten
parking spaces. The additlona1 area Is beIng provIded through the
adjoinIng 10t to the south which was bIsected by the south loop.
Landscaping Is indIcated on approxImately 50 percent of the new land.
It Is the Commission's opinion that this addItIon wIll he1p enhance
the appearance of the bank from the loop street.
