COMMON PARKING AGREEMENT
The Declaration made this day of , 1986, by
CAMPBELL PARTNERS, a General Partnership, (Declarant), is made with
reference to the following:
1. Declarant is owner of all that certain real property described
as Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map recorded in Book
of Maps, at pages and, Santa Clara County Records.
2. Declarant intends that all parking facilities located within the
property described herein shall be available as a common parking facility
for the free use and enjoyment of all persons lawfully bringing vehicles
onto the described property.
Now therefore, Declarant hereby declares that all parking facilities
located on Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map recorded in
Book of Maps, at pages and, Santa Clara County
Records, are and shall remain common parking for the use and enjoyment
of the owners of either parcel, or their tenants, lessees, guests,
invitees or anyone else lawfully bringing vehicles onto the herein described
property.
The covenants contained herein shall run with the land and shall
be binding on Declarant and all its successors in interest to the property
described.
