We have reviewed the improvement plans and would recommend
that cleanouts be brought up to the proposed grade at property
line; thus the District will be able to maintain the portion
of the building sewer within public-right-of-way.
We are forwarding a copy of our sewer location maps to the
Vicra corporation so that they can make provisions for
installing cleanouts on the building sewers.
Sewer connection permits will have to be issued for these
commercial accounts.

BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL ADOPTING PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND DEVELOPMENT
SCHEDULE FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ESTABLISHED
BY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL (APPLICATION OF
HEDLEY & STARK ASSOCIATES, PD 81-12).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby
changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit IIAII entitled Plans
and Elevations, Exhibit IIBII entitled Development Schedule, Exhibit IICII
entitled Map of Said Property, and Exhibit IIDII entitled Conditions of
Approval, as per the application of Hedley & Stark Associates for
approval of plans, elevations, and development schedule to allow the
conversion of two existing residences to offices on property known as
824 and 840 E. Campbell Avenue in a Planned Development Zoning District.
Copies of said Exhibits are on file in the Office of the Planning
Depa rtment.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
