changed and amended by ¿¡dop t i n9 the attached "Exh i bit A" en lit I eel
"Plans and Elevations", "Exhibit H" entitled "Development Schedule",
and "Exhibit CII, entitled I'tlap of Said proper-ty", as per application
of Alan Sims for approval of plans, elevations .:Jnd development schedule
to convert a residential bui Iding into a restaurant and to expand the
existing building located on pròperty known as 3G6 East Campbell Avenue
in a Plannc:::d Developlllcnt Zone. Copies of said ex:1ibits are on file
in the office of the Planning Director.
Said approval granted subject to the following conditions:
