Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one Hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written applicaticn
for same to the Planning Commissi_on at least fifteen (15) days prior tc
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

That parcel of land in the City of Campbell, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at an iron bolt driven in the center line of Campbell
Avenue and from which bolt the corner of Sections 25, 26, 35 and 36
in Township 7 South Range 1 West, M.D.B. & M. marked by an
underground monument bears East 8.525 chains and white witness
post standing in the South line of said Campbell Avenue bears South
20 feet, and running thence along the center line of said Campbell
Avenue West 1.31 chains to a 3/4" iron pipe set flush with surface
and from which a 2" x 49t white post marked W.P.S.S.l bears South
20 feet; thence along the East line of 1.13 acre tract conveyed
to W. D. Sturtevant by Deed recorded June 19, 1912, Book 386 Deeds,
page 502, South 6.891 chains to a stake at the Southeast corner of
said 1.13 acre tract; thence S. 89° 59' E. 1.31 chains to a stake
set even with the surface of the ground, and thence North 6.892
chains to the place of beginning and containing 0.902 of an acre,
