A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES FOR PICNIC AREAS AND
FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City currently has a Schedule of Fees and Charges for picnic area and
facilities; and
WHEREAS, the FY22 Schedule of Fees and Charges for the Recreation and Community
Services Department have already been adopted; and
WHEREAS, the changes to the Picnic Reservation Policy require changes to the schedule
of fees and charges; and
WHEREAS, the changes to the fee schedule have been reviewed and found to be within the
range of fees being charged for similar facilities by surrounding agencies and what the market
will bear: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
adopts the attached updated Schedule of Fees and Charges for Picnic Areas and Facilities
for the Recreation and Community Services Department, effective February 16, 2022.
