SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Applicant to enter into written agreement with
City Council covering the following.
e
a. Dedication of 17 feet on San Jose-Los Gatos
Road to the westerly SJ-LG Plan Line.
b. Dedication to the southerly Campbell Avenue
Plan Line with satisfactory return to the SJ-LG
Plan Line. Both dedications to be made when
the City Council considers it feasible to do so.
