Recorder will notify me after its arrival. After that I will be able
to obtain the tax security clearance letter from the Clerk of the Board.

Myring, et ux, to City of Campbell, dated November 4,1964,
recorded in Book 6809 of Official Records, page 239, Santa
Clara County Records, with the Easterly line of the Parcel
of Land conveyed by F. B. Fossum, et ux, to Herbert J.
Myring, et ux, by Deed dated September 11,1947 recorded in
Book 1446 of Official Records, page 240, Santa Clara County
Records; thence along said Southerly line of Campbell Avenue
N. 89 degrees 55' W. 64 feet to the Westerly line of said
parcel of land conveyed to Herbert J. Myring, et ux; thence
along the Westerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to
Herbert J. Myring, et ux, S. 0 degrees 10' E. 193.94 feet to
the Southwesterly corner thereof; thence along the Southerly
line of said parcel of land conveyed to Herbert J. Myring,
et ux, S. 89 degress 55' E. 64 feet to the Southeasterly
corner thereof; thence along the Easterly line of said
Parcel of land conveyed to Herbert J. Myring, et ux, N. 0
degrees 10' W. 193.94 feet to the point of beginning, being
a portion of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 34,

BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly line of Campbell
Avenue, as said line was established by the Deed from A. A.
Purmort, et al, to the County of Santa Clara, dated January
19, 1925 and recorded April 24, 1925 in Book 151 of Official
Records, page 572, Santa Clara County Records, distant
thereon 145.00 feet Westerly from the point of intersection
of the said Southerly line of Campbell Avenue with the
Westerly line of the Santa Clara-Los Gatos Road; running
thence Westerly along the said Southerly line of Campbell
Avenue, 112.00 feet; running thence at right angles Southerly
and parallel with the said Westerly line of the Santa
Clara-Los Gatos Road, 202.62 feet to the Southerly line of
that certain 1.778 acre tract of land described in the deed
from Julia L. Toles to A. A. Purmort, dated June 3, 1922 and
recorded June 5, 1922 in Book 556 of Deeds, page 156, Santa
Clara County Records; running thence Easterly along the said
Southerly line of the l.778 acre tract, ll2.00 feet; thence
at right angles Northerly and parallel with the said Westerly
line of Santa Clara-Los Gatos Road, 202.62 feet to the point
of beginning.
Being a part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 7
South, Range 1 West, Mount Diablo Meridian.

EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly line of Campbell
Avenue, as said Southerly line was established by that
certain deed from Sarah B. Dunphy, et aI, to the County of
Santa Clara, dated January 19, 1925, and recorded April 24,
1925 in Book l51, Official Records, at page 572, in the
office of the Recorder of Santa Clara County, State of
California, said point being North 89° 55' West, 145.00 feet
along the said Southerly line of Campbell Avenue, from the
point of intersection of the said Southerly line with the
Westerly line of the former Santa Clara-Los Gatos Road, (50
feet wide); thence North 89° 55' West, 1l2.00 feet along the
said Southerly line of Campbell Avenue to the Easterly line
of that certain parcel of land conveyed to H. J. and F. A.
Myring by deed recorded in Book l446, Official Records, at
page 24 said County of Santa Clara; thence South 0° lO' East
8.06 feet along a line which said line is parallel with the
said Westerly line of the said Santa Clara-Los Gatos Road,
to a line which is parallel with and 33.06 feet, measured at
a right angle, Southerly from the centerline of Campbell
Avenue; thence South 89° 55' East, l12.00 feet along said
last mentioned parallel line to the Westerly line of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to Fred E. and Kathryn Jones
by deed recorded in Book 1850, Official Records, at page
l20, said County of Santa Clara; thence North 0° 10' West,
8.06 feet along a line which is parallel with the Westerly
line of the said Santa Clara-Los Gatos Road, said parallel
line being also the Westerly line of the aforementioned
Jones Parcel, to the Point of Beginning, and containing
902.72 square feet of land, more or less, and being a
portion of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, T. 7 s., R. 1
W., M.D.B. & M.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION thereof described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of that certain parcel of
land described by that certain Grant Deed conveyed to Carl
W. McGee and Elizabeth J. McGee recorded June 30, 1976 and
filed in Book ClIO of Official Records at pages 326 and 327
in the office of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara,
State of California; THENCE, along the easterly line of said
McGee parcel of land South 0° 10' 00" East 6.94 feet to its
intersection with the northwest corner of Parcell as said
Parcell is shown upon that certain Parcel Map filed in Book
272 of Maps at page 4 in said office of said County Recorder;
THENCE, along a line North 55° 15' West 12.20 feet to its
intersection with the Northerly line of said McGee parcel of
