City of Campbell hereby records this Certificate of Compliance, having
determined that the parcel described in that certain Grant Deed to
Bruce E. Hodgins and Constance Hodgins, husband and wife, recorded
December 29, 1976, in Book C570 of Official Records at page 266, Santa
Clara County Records, is in compliance with appl icable provisions of
Division 2 (commencing with Section 66410) of Title 7 of the California
