is enclosed an original with two copies of a grant deed
for street widening on Campbell Avenue. Please execute
the original and one copy in the presence of a notary
public and return them to this office. The remaining
copy is for your records.
other conditions of approval include the posting of
a cash storm drain fee in the amount of $170.00 and th~
installation of street improvements on the campbell Avenue
frontage. Such improvements consist of curb, gutter,
sidewalk, and paving to stable existing paving. þ~
