A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE CITY COUNCIL TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH DUSTY CHRISTOPHERSON FOR HER EMPLOYMENT AS
CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council has appointed Dusty Christopherson as City
Clerk, effective May 10, 2021; and
WHEREAS, Section 2.16.020 of the Campbell Municipal Code provides that
compensation for all appointed officers and employees of the City shall be fixed by
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have an employment agreement
establishing the salary, benefits and working conditions of the City Clerk for the duties
and responsibilities of that position as set forth by the Campbell Municipal Code,
Section 2.12, and provides that the salary may be adjusted at any time by Resolution
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, following the annual performance review of the City Clerk, the City
Council desires to amend the payment terms of the employment agreement with
Dusty Christopherson, increasing the compensation to Seventy-Five Dollars and
Forty-One cents ($75.41) per hour as of the 10th day of May, 2022. Compensation will
continue to be evaluated at least annually.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell
that the City Council does hereby approve and authorize an amendment to the
payment terms of the employment agreement with Dusty Christopherson, City Clerk.
