They are agreeable to such a dedication but ask that it be deferred until they combine this parcel with the adjacent one for a major project to be submitted later. They chose not to combine the parcels on this map because of the lengthy and cumbersome internal procedure they must go through. Would you be willing to grant the identified portipn to the City as a street easement? If so, please advise your engineer, Nolte and Associates,' to revise the map accordingly. We believe granting the easement on the map would be the most expeditious way to accomplish the dedication since the map has already been prepared.
