previously deferred pending a r~q~~~t~ the Water Company to
dedicate additional land for a~~u}n lane onto the expressway.
They are agreeable to such a dedication but ask that it be deferred
until they combine this parcel with the adjacent one for a major
project to be submitted later.
They chose not to combine the parcels on this map because of the
lengthy and cumbersome internal procedure they must go through.

The enclosed map shows a wedge-shaped piece that our traffic Engineer
has determined will eventually be needed to facilitate access onto
the San Tomas Expressway.
Would you be willing to grant the identified portipn to the City as a
street easement? If so, please advise your engineer, Nolte and
Associates,' to revise the map accordingly. We believe granting the
easement on the map would be the most expeditious way to accomplish
the dedication since the map has already been prepared.

1990. Action on it was deferred pending a request to the Water
Company that they dedicate additional land for a left turn lane onto
the expressway. They are agreeable to such a dedication but want to
do it in connection with a major development they will be proposing
for the site. They have acquired the adjacent parcel on Cámpbell
Avenue and will join it with the parcel on this map in the near
future.

2. Any facts, rights, interests or claims which are not shown
by the public records but which could be ascertained by an
inspection of the land or by making inquiry of persons in
