The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of Campbell. A. fire extinguishers shall be in locked cabinets with break glass fronts. B. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with Section 21.50.010 of the Campbell Municip21 Code. C. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Se~tion 20.16.070 of the Campåell Municipal Code. D. Plans submitted to the building de~d~tment for plan check shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for under- ground utilities il1l"'lndJng water, sewer, clcctric,telephone, and television cables, etc. E. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until application is approved and ~rmit issued by the building department. F. Applicant to process and file parcel map for minor subdiV'i~ion. The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicabl~ Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to thi3 development and are not herein specified.
