Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Faithful performance bond in the amount of $3,000 to bs [n:'3ted

areas within three (3) months of completion of construction,
or applicant may file written agre~ment to complete landacapi[,~,
fencing and striping of outdoor parking area prior to final
building d~partment clearancß.
An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a
six-foot high solid wall or fence shall be constructed to
house trash container in an ar-ea approved by fue fire department.
Said enclosure to be a minimum of 8' x 12' with six-foot
self-closing gate3.

Provide on-site hydrants and water mains to meet fire depart~ent
approval.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell.
A.
fire extinguishers shall be in locked cabinets with break
glass fronts.
B.
All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 21.50.010 of the Campbell Municip21 Code.
C.
Underground utilities to be provided as required by Se~tion
20.16.070 of the Campåell Municipal Code.
D.
Plans submitted to the building de~d~tment for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for under-
ground utilities il1l"'lndJng water, sewer, clcctric,telephone,
and television cables, etc.
E.
Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed
until application is approved and ~rmit issued by the building
department.
F.
Applicant to process and file parcel map for minor subdiV'i~ion.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicabl~
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to thi3
development and are not herein specified.
