Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approv2l was granted, unless
an estension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for 5 ame to the P lanning Commis s ion at Ie as t fi fteen (15) days p ri or to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

Underground utilities to be provided as required by
Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check
shall indicate clearly the location of all connections for
underground utilities including water, sewer, electric,
telephone and television cables, etc.

Sign application to be submitted in accordance with pro-
visions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be
installed until application is approved and permit issued
by the Building Department.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable
Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this
development and are not herein specified.
D.
1.
Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as
added in II I on plans.
2.
Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be .
submitted for apnroval of the Planning Director at time
of application for building permit.
Faithful performance bond in the amount of $500.00 to be
posted to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of
parking area within three months of completion of con-
struction or issuance of final completion by the Building
Department.

An enclosure consisting of a concrete floor surrounded by
a six foot high solid wall or fence shall be constructed
to house trash container in an area approved by the
Planning Director and Fire Department. Said enclosure
to be 8' x 12' minimum with 6 foot self-closing gates.
Applicant to record driveway easement on east property
line and file parcel map (see ordinance requirement) estab-
lishing access to undeveloped rear lot.

Condition 6 added as follows: The area indicated on the
plans as the unimproved portion of the lot shall be paved
following completion of the Arby's Restaurant, or within
six (6) months whichever is longer. (April, 7, 1969).
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is
required to meet the following conditions in accordance with
Ordinances of the City of Campbell.

All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
with Section 9319 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

Campbell Avenue as established by Deed to City of Campbell,
recorded in Book 3493, page 2 Official Records of Santa Clara
County, distant thereon North 870 34' East 94.20 feet from an
iron pipe at the intersection thereof with the Easterly line
of that certain tract conveyed to Campbell Water Company by
Deed recorded in Book 3453, page 187, Official Records, of
Santa Clara County; thence along said Northerly line of Camp-
bell Avenue North 870 34' East 100.00 feet to an iron pipe at
the Southwesterly corner of that certain tract conveyed to
Wing H. Don, et ux, by Deed recorded in Book 3929, page 734,
Santa Clara County Records; thence along the Westerly line of
said tract so conveyed to' Wing H. Don North 20 26' West 180.00
