This is a request for authorization to energize the
electroliers at Wings Market, 1581 Campbell Avenue, Campbell
(northwesterly corner of san 'romas Ac[uino Road and
Campbell Avenue). The electrolier installation consists
of two (2) 400 watt 20,000 lumens Mercury Vapor units
with plain power packs.
Wings Market is within the boundaries of the Campbell
dighway Lighting District.

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval g.anted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(Iao) days after the date upon which such approval was granted. unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same to the
Planning Commission at least fifteen (IS) days prior to the expiration date of such
approva I.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtai~ed in the manner provided for in
this chapter.
