the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any

page 30, with the intersection thereof with the Northerly line of
that certain parcel of land granted in that certain Trustees Deed
executed by City Title Insurance Company, a corporation, as Trustee,
to Eric Vahl, et ux, recorded September 18,1958 in Book 4176 of
Official Records, page 425; thence from said point of beginnin~ and
running along the Northerly line of said Vahl parcel, North 87 34'
