CONDITIONS:
1.
A trash enclosure, satisfactory to the Planning Director
and Fire Department, shall be provided by the applicant.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one Hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

elevations of proposed improvements. One copy will be retained

Application of Ira Kirkorian fo1' approval of
expansion of Roundhouse Liquor Store on property
located at 1698 West Campbell Avenue (See Map HZ
attached).
This proposed addition consists of the removal of the windows
on the east and west sides of the rear (south) entrance to the
Roundhouse Liquor Store and expansion of 5 feet~ or to the edge
of the sidewalk, in those areas.
This expansion would be used for additional storage area
within the store.
The proposed new construction is stucco and brick and will not
be detrimental to the existing building or shopping center.
Staff recommends approval subject to the following condition:
An enclosure, satisfactory to the Planning Director
and Fire Department, shall be provided by the applicant.
The applicant is notified that he shall comply with all other
applicable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain
to this application and a!'e not herein sped £ied.
