Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one llundred eighty
(180) days after t~e date upon whic~ such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commissi"on at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the center line of Fulton
Street with the center line of Campbell Avenue, as said Street and
Avenue are shown on that certain Map entitled, "Tract No. 2522
Kirkwood Plaza Unit No.1", which Map was filed for record in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of Califor-
nia, on August 26, 1959 in Booklll of Maps, page 9; thence South
6° OS' 0011 West along said center line of Fulton Street 25.00 feet;
thence Easterly along an arc of a curve to the left, having a
radius of 1925.00 feet and a central angle of 1° 27' 4311, an arc
length of 49.12 feet, said curve being concentric with and 25.00 feet
at right angles, Southerly of s aid center line of Campbell Avenue;
thence South 4° 37' 17" West 40.00 feet to the Southerly line of
Campbell Avenue as evidenced by that certain Deed from City Title
Insurance Company, a corporation, to the City of Campbell, which
said Deed was filed for record in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, Statè of California, on April 18, 1963 in
Book 5988 of Official Records, page 456; thence along said Southerly
line of Campbell Avenue along an arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 1940.00 feet to a point on said line, said point being
133.00 feet Easterly, measured at right angles, from the Easterly
line of the above mentioned Fulton Street, said point also being the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Southerly line of
Campbell Avenue, South 2° 29' 45" East and parallel with the East-
erly line ofæid Fulton Street a distance of 274.15 feet to the
Northerly line of Whitwood Lane, 60 feet wide, as shown on said
Tract No. 2522; thence along the Northerly line of Whitwood Lane-
along an arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 470.00 feet
through a central angle of 4° 09' 46" an arc length of 34.15 feet;
thence North 87° 30' 1511 East 36~.28 feet to a point distant 1116.50
feet Westerly, measured at right angles, from the Easterly line of
that certain 12.774 acre tract of land conveyed by Ira Kirkorian,
et ux, to City Title Insunnce Company, a corporation, by Deed to
them recorded March 6, 1959 in Book 4345 of Official Records, page 120;
thence leaving the Northerly line of Whitwood Lane, North 0° 091 00"
East and parallel with the Easterly line of said 12.774 acre tract,
a distance of 273.06 feet to the Southerly line of Campbell Avenue,
hereinabove mentioned; thence South 87° 35' 00" West, along the South-
erly line of said Campbell Avenue a d~tance of 266.20 feet; thence
along an arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 1940.00 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, and being a portion of the Quito Rancho.
