CC Resolution 12911 - Approving Tract Map for Tract No.10580 - Propety Located at 1429 & 1445 Westmont AvenueRESOLUTION NO. 12911 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING THE TRACT MAP FOR TRACT NO. 10580 AND ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS OFFERED FOR DEDICATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1429 & 1445 WESTMONT AVENUE WHEREAS, On June 18, 2019, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 12463, approving a Tentative Subdivision Map (PLN2018-236) for the property located at 1429 & 1445 Westmont Avenue; WHEREAS, on September 28, 2020, Governor Newsom signed AB 1561, extending approved Tentative Maps for 18 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic; and WHEREAS, public service easements are necessary to accommodate the approved use of the property and have been offered for dedication on the Tract Map; and WHEREAS, the Tract Map has been prepared, reviewed by staff, and found to be in compliance with the Tentative Map, the Subdivision Map Act and Title 20 of the Campbell Municipal Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that Tract Map 10580 is hereby approved and the public service easements offered for dedication as shown on said map are hereby accepted in conformity with the terms for which they are offered.
