BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR TRIMMING
RESIDENTIAL and ARTERIAL CITY STREET TREES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has publicly examined
and declared all sealed proposals or bids for the work for trimming of
City and residential street trees, in accordance with those specifications
approved by said Council on January 16, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby rejects all said proposals and bids, and
hereby awards the contract to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit:
ARBOR CARE TREE SERVICE
at the total price and terms named in their bid in the amount of $12,144.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the Director of
Public Works is hereby authorized to enter into a written contract with
said successful bidder and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to attest her signature and affice thereto the corporate seal of said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February 1990 by the
following roll call vote:
