RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE 1990
MEETING AND CONFERRING SESSIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell undertakes the meeting and conferring
process with its employee organizations as provided by the
Meyers-Milias-Brown Act; and
WHEREAS, meeting and conferring will commence in April, 1990 to reach
agreement on Memorandums of Understanding for the period commencing July,
1990; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended a management negotiating
team to represent him and the City Council in such meeting and conferring
sessions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council designates the
following as members of the Management Negotiating Teams:
Assistant City Manager, Tara Adams (Chairperson)
Personnel Manager, Judy Bell
Assistant to the City Manager, Barbara Lee
Public Works Director, Don Wimberly
Fire Battalion Chief, Steven Staump
Police Chief, James Cost
Building Official, Frank Cauthorn
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 1990 by the following
roll call vote:
