BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1989-90 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for
funds not originally authorized in the 1989-90 fiscal year budget;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available from special gasoline taxes for railroad
crossing improvements on Hamilton Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorized the
transfer of special gasoline tax funds in the amount of
from account no. 3-2290 for construction of railroad crossing
improvements on Hamilton Avenue to 730.4883.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 1990, by the
following vote:
