A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1989-90 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell has adopted a budget for the
1989-90 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, there is a need for funds not originally
anticipated in the budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account #001-206-2241
Capital Improvement Reserve.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Campbell
authorizes the transfer of $28,700 from Account #001-206-2241 to
Account #530.9999.4483 and $62,100 from Account #001-206-2241 to
Account #530.4483.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990 by the
following roll call vote:

$28,700.00 is needed to repair damage to the swimming pool gutter drain pipe caused by
the October 17, 1989 earthquake. $56,800.00 is requested to make other repairs previously
scheduled in fiscal year 1990/91, but that will save the City money and time by doing
them now instead of the scheduled time.
