BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH MAYLAND BUILDERS INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON SHELLEY AVENUE
WHEREAS, Mayland Builders Inc. has entered into an agreement with the
City of Campbell for the construction of street improvements on
Shelley Avenue frontage of Tract No. 8289; and
WHEREAS, City and Mayland Builders Inc. desire to construct
additional street improvements on Shelley Avenue under a separate
agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Campbell.

by the following vote:
