RESOLUTION NO. 7868
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1989-90 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for funds
not originally authorized in the 1989-90 fiscal year budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from unappropriated gas tax funds for storm
drain repair at Campbell/Bascom intersection;
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorized transfer of
unappropriated gas tax funds in the amount of $11,700 to account no.
730.8314 for the Camden Avenue Median Islands.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: KOTOWSKI, WATSON, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
ABSENT: Councilmembers: NONE
