BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CAMDEN AVENUE MEDIAN
ISLAND IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT 83-14
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that
public improvements at Camden Avenue Median Islands have been completed in
accordance with City Standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that public
improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and that the City
Engineer is hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said
improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of JanuarY 1990, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: KOTOWSKI, WATSON, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
