BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING A
BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Police Department requires the services of a
Computer Consultant to complete the installation of their computer
system and whose needs for services was unforeseen during the 1989-90
budget process; and
WHEREAS, the Police Chief has submitted to the City
Manager's Office a request for a transfer of City General Fund
Contingency Reserve to the Police Department Professional Services
Account in the amount of $6,500.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Campbell does hereby approve the request for budget
adjustment as presented in Exhibit A attached.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 1990, by the
following roll call vote:
