BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1989-90 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for funds
not originally authorized in the 1989-90 fiscal year budget; and
WHEREAS, funds are available from unappropriated capital reserve funds for
storm drain repair at Campbell/Bascom intersection;
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorized transfer of
unappropriated capital reserve funds in the amount of $22,300 to account
no. 730.8957 for storm drain repair at Campbell/Bascom intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January 1990, by the
following vote.
AYES: Councilmembers: WATSON, KOTOWSKI, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
