BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STORM DRAIN REPAIR IN
THE INTERSECTION OF CAMPBELL AND BASCOM AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City Engineer that
public improvements at Campbell/Bascom Avenues have ben completed in
accordance with City Standards; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that public
improvements be, and the same are hereby accepted, and that the City
Engineer is hereby ordered ordered to record a Notice of Completion of
said improvements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of .TAN7ARY 1990, by the following
vote:
