BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PARK MAINTENANCE PROJECTS, PROJECTS 89-35, 36 AND 37
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell, California has been
advised by the City Engineer that all improvements in
Projects 89-35, 36 and 37 have been completed in accordance with that
agreement entered into August 1, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that all improvements
be, and the same are hereby, accepted, and that the City Engineer is
hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said improvements.
