BEING A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR
ANNUAL SIDEWALK REPAIR - PROJECT 90-23
WHEREAS, by the City Council of the City of Campbell, California
has publicly examined all bids received for the work to be done, in
accordance with those plans and specifications approved by said
Council on November 21, 1989.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby rejects all said bids, except as hereinafter
mentioned, and hereby awards the bid to the lowest responsible bidder,
to wit:
PACIFIC UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION, INC., at the
total price named in their bid in the amount of
$169,772.60;and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of said City is hereby
authorized to enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Campbell this 2nd day of January 1990, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: WATSON, KOTOWSRI, CONANT, BURR, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
ABSENT: Councilmembers: NONE
