BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO RENEW THE
CONTRACT WITH SANTA CLARA COUNTY FOR SENIOR NUTRITION
SERVICES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1989-90
VNERF.AS, the City of Campbell recognizes the need for nutrition
services for Senior Citizens in Campbell; and
T,NEREAS, the City agrees to share in the cost of operating the
nutrition program up to 5C/,, of the total cost, less participant
donations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to
renew the contract for Senior Nutrition Services with Santa Clara
County.

roll call vote:
