BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS AND CALLING FOR BIDS FOR
PROJECT 90-23, SIDEWALK REPAIRS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has been presented
with plans and specifications for the removal and replacement of
sidewalk, curb and gutter in various locations in the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that the plans and specifications for the proposed improvements
be, and they are hereby, adopted and approved, and that the City Engineer
is authorized and directed to give notice inviting sealed proposals for
said project in the manner and for the time prescribed by law and present
the bids to the City Council for its consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November,1989 , by the
