BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
WITH AINSLEY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON SAN TOMAS AQUINO ROAD
WHEREAS, Ainsley Development Company has entered into an agreement
with the City of Campbell for the construction of street improvements
on the San Tomas Aquino Road frontage of Tract No. 8260; and
WHEREAS, City and Ainsley Development Company desire to construct
supplemental street improvements on San Tomas Aquino Road adjacent to
Tract No. 8260;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of
Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November 1989,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: KOTOWSKI, BURR, CONANT, ASHWORTH
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
ABSENT: Councilmembers: WATSON
