BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL APPROVING AN ADJUSTMENT
TO THE 1989-90 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a request for
funds not originally authorized in the 1989-90 fiscal year budget;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available from special gasoline taxes for roadway
and sidewalk construction on San Tomas Aquino Road;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorized
transfer of special gasoline tax funds in the amount of $17,112.00 to
account no. 730.4883 for construction of improvements on San Tomas
Aquino Road.

by the following vote:
