BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17
OF THE CAMPBELL MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED
FIRE PROTECTION BY AMENDING SECTIONS
17.08.030, 17.08.045 AND 17.08.190
The City Council of the City of Campbell does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION ONE: That Chapter 17.08 of the Campbell Municipal Code
entitled Permits be amended to read as follows:
SECTION 17.08.030 Permit Fees -- Amount. Activities, operations or
processes or materials handling or utilization that require multiple
permits will be charged the appropriate fee for each such required permit
as established by resolution of the City Council.
SECTION 17.08.045 Reinspection Charges. Deleted.
SECTION 17.08.190 Permit and Fee Schedule. Any person conducting
activities, operations, or processes or utilizing or handling materials in
the City that require a permit pursuant to the Uniform Fire Code, shall
pay the permit fee established by resolution of the City Council.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days
following its passage and adoption and shall be published once within
fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Campbell.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July 1987, by the
following vote:

Watson, Doetsch
