BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE
NECESSARY TO PAY CITY INDEBTEDNESS DURING THE
1986-1987 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Campbell has found and
determined that City of Campbell will reasonably require the sum of
Three Hundred Ninety -Six Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($396,250) to pay City indebtedness during the fiscal year 1986-1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Campbell does
ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: The sum of One Hundred Sixty -Nine Thousand, Five
Hundred Dollars ($169,500) is hereby fixed as the amount of money to
be raised by taxation of taxable property in the City of Campbell as
a revenue to pay City indebtedness for the fiscal year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of Sept. , 1986, by the following
roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmember: Ashworth, Watson, Podgorsek, Kotowski
NOES: Councilmember: None
